This week the team dove into tastings, learning the dishes and getting to know the wines that will define our menu. When the team understands the food and wine deeply, it really shows in the experience at th Our Saffron Paella Arancini -

Filled with salmon, spicy andouille, and aged manchego. Fried until perfectly crunchy, finished with a touch of sambal aioli. 

Rich, savory, a little smoky.... And even better with a glass of crisp rosé in hand! It's official. After months of intention, passion, and a whole lot of love poured into every detail... We’re officially opening our doors on March 19th.
